Donations from Fort Fun
Thank you for your interest in receiving a donation from Fort Fun. Although we cannot honor all of the many requests we receive each year, each request gets our serious attention. We honor as many as possible.
In order to make this process efficient for our customers, we have a list of guidelines we ask that you follow when placing your donation request.
Donation Guidelines
1. We need your request at least 3 weeks ahead of the time you need it.

2. Your request must be on official letterhead from your organization.

3. Your organization must be a non-profit and must provide a non-profit tax ID number and tax receipt.

4. The request letter must contain the name of the organization, name of event or purpose of request, date of event, desired value of donation, contact name and number, both email and street mailing address of contact.

5. Discretion of what is donated and to whom is the sole discretion of Fort Fun.

6. Only one donation request a year, per organization, will be honored.

7. Any use of the Fort Fun name or logo by receiver of donation must be approved through Fort Fun prior to use.
All donation requests must adhere to these guidelines in order to be processed. Please download the donation form and mail it, fax it e-mail it to donations@fortfun.biz or hand deliver it to our business office located on location at Fort Fun. Thank you!
