Outdoor Ice Skating!

When Jack Frost blasts Northern Colorado with his frigid, cold, winter air, it’s time to bundle up, grab a friend, and hit the ice.  Ice time can be hard to get at the indoor facilities.  But for the unique experience of pond skating on Blue Heron Lake, throw on a jacket and lace up those skates at Fort Fun.  Work on your spins, or create a pick-up hockey game.  Skates are available for rental.  Helmets are recommended for our younger and/or more aggressive skaters.  
Open when the ice permits, on winter weekends and winter days when school is out. November thru February.
